- You and myGo agree that the terms and conditions of this Agreement form the entire agreement regarding the service being provided by this Site, generally identified as www.myGosoccer.com. Acceptance of this Agreement in this manner will have the same legal enforceability as an originally signed paper version. You will indicate acceptance of this agreement by checking the checkbox on signup or by clicking the accept button.
- You have read and accept myGo's privacy policy.
- Individual Users are provided access to the private area of myGo once they have properly registered with the site. Information provided is intended to be shared publicly with other myGo users. We take privacy seriously and will not share information inappropriately, providing private information only to people on the same team, in the same club or to people that the user has indicated are friends. You as the user will have the opportunity to remove your contact information at any time, but agree that storing said information in our backups for a reasonable period of time is acceptable.
- Both parties understand that access to www.myGosoccer.com does NOT grant permission to either party to share information obtained in the private area of this Site with anyone who does not have independent access to the information being shared. Both parties agree to respect the privacy of all individuals who are listed in the Directory and will NOT share information such as Email addresses and phone numbers with those that do not also have direct, independent access to the information.
- You agree that www.myGosoccer.com will provide certain information about you (specifically, your Name, Email, and Phone) to other www.myGosoccer.com participants, such as providing email addresses to your coach and managers.
- www.myGosoccer.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty or condition of any kind, express or implied. All other warranties, including, without limitation, the implied warranty of fitness for particular purpose, non-infringement, and noninterference are expressly disclaimed.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, myGo is NOT and will NOT be liable for any lost revenues, lost profits, incidental, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of data for any use of myGo, even if myGo is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Both parties agree to waive the right to a jury trial in any legal proceedings related to myGo and further agree than any disputes arising from this Agreement that cannot be quickly resolved by the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration as managed by the American Arbitration Association.
- You agree that you are legally permitted to upload any and all media that you upload to the site.
- You agree that you will not attempt to access information on myGo that you are not allowed to access.
- Using myGo gives you access to the Ridgestar mail server for storing and sending bulk email. This is intended for the purposes of communication and organization amongst soccer teams. You agree that you will not use the mail server for other purposes.
- You will not post content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, threatening, pornographic or gratuitiously violent.
- You will not attempt to logon to myGo using an account that you should not have access to.
- You will not take action that is intended to hamper the proper functioning of the site.
- You will not spam.
- You will not take action that is intended to update or delete information that you should not have access to.
- myGo reserves the right to remove any content that we find inappropriate at any time.
- myGo reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time. If this is done, you will be notified.
- myGo reserves the right to refuse service.
